HOW TO USE THIS SITE:

The 33 Live website is designed to be an interactive hub where students of all ages can safely share what God is doing in their lives and exchange thoughts and ideas.First a re-cap on the site:We’ve broken the website up into a number of different sections. Relevant is an open discussion about whatever topic our Pastors wish to start on. Most of the time they’ll be recapping what is being discussed weekly at 33 Live or drawing real-life comparisons to the world we live in. On our Podcasts page, you can listen to any of the sermons in our library, download them to your iPod, or send them to your friends. You can send us pics (e-mail to: mandeewidrick@yahoo.com) and we’ll proudly display them in our Pics Gallery, and you can watch all the cool stuff our Video Production Team is up to on our Videos page, as well submitting your very own phone videos and pix.

Now, for the fun part. The website is based on a “comments system,” much like a blog. By leaving comments on posts you’ll be networking with other teens and college students. And each comment you leave will make you eligible to win a prize each week at 33 Live Wednesday nights! The more comments you leave, the higher your chances are of winning. However, comments are only entered into the weekly drawing if they meet our quality criteria: intelligent (relating to the topic at hand as either a question or contributing statement), genuine (sincere and heartfelt) and clean (pure in language, attitude and intent). Winners will be announced and awarded each Wednesday night based upon comments posted within the 7 days previous.

1.) To get started, you’ll first need to create an avatar, a small icon used to indicate you when posting comments (based on your e-mail). You’ll need to go to Gravatar HERE to register your e-mail for a free account (fast and confidential). Be certain that your picture appears in your Gravatar icon box before logging out of the set-up.

2.) Begin posting! You can post comments on the Relevant topics, and Podcasts & Video pages simply by clicking to the very left side of the post where it says either “No Comments” (meaning you’ll be the first), or “4 Comments”–both taking you to the post where, at the bottom, you’ll be asked for your name, e-mail, and comment.

3.) Show up on Wednesday nights! You must be present to win. Again, we’re looking for your contribution. Be creative and have fun!
